Wrong. Insulting an officer is protected under the First Amendment as free speech. It's not their place to violate that right just because you called them mean names. And if they do violate it, you can file a lawsuit and take them to court. And besides, that's not the original reason the Karen was arrested anyways. She got out of the car when she wasn't supposed to and got hostile with the officer, which is a good enough reason to put her in handcuffs.
