I am also from Borneo (southern part). This video bring back my chilhood memory with my late father (passed away last November). My father used to make that catching net by himself and an expert thrower/catcher. The meat in that prawn feet actually not taste better than the prawn meat, but eat it feels like very special (used to fight with my brothers to have them). Loved that wild veggie, we call it "paku" or "pakis". cant remember when the last time I ate them.

You've had the luck like Anthony Boudain. He tried many times to catch fish on camera, without any luck. Whoever he would fish with would bring along already caught fish to bring back to cook. It's just the luck of the host and fishermen. lol Great job though. Those are really large prawns. They look like the freshwater prawns found in the area of Ayutthaya, Thailand.
