Based on the old fantasy novel by Lyndon Hardy (read it, and the follow up, Secret of the Sixth Magic. Fun books). That lick at the very beginning is definitely one of the harder Megadeth licks for me to play.

Best metal album of all time! I was 15 years old when it came out and I rode my bike downtown and bought it from a little CD shop named Roscoe's. It was a tad risky because I didn't have much money then and I didn't know Megadeth's music. I have been a closeted metalhead ever since:)

Try earlier Megadeth mate. Proper thrashing. Everyone goes for the Rust album but, for me, the first three albums are 'proper' Megadeth when Dave was off his tits, pissed off and nasty. Plus Poland and Samuelson were monsters too.
