He said there are 5 mandals ( orbit or something which is round ), 3 trilokis 7 lokas . Chandra mandal in chandrakok(moon) rotates around bhoo mandal in bhoolok( Earth) . Bhoo mandal is rotating around surya mandal(sun) in swarlok . And space in btw. Vaccum is called bhuva , these all creates one trilok. Sun Is rotating around parmeshti mandal in janlok which routes around bharmlok . It's little bit complex but it's scientifically accurate .

Parmeshti mandal is our milky way ( basically parmeshti madal means Galaxy. And all the galaxy are rotating around the Bramha lok where loard Bramha resides. For example even when you picture our whole universe it's a bubble, a spherical form, so all the galaxies (parmeshti mandal) revolve around the bramha lok creating a spherical shape. So its like the center of the universe is bramha lok and every thing revolves around it.

Shiv started sharing his spiritual dimension and infinite knowledge long ago, we don't know exactly how many years but it was the first spiritual knowledge shared on Earth by someone. It is not just Multiverse. You have to know the Time scale in Sanatan Dharma too. That is even more mind blowing: Vedas has been compiled 28 times (the first was assembled by Swayambhu Manu). For 28 Yugas within each Manvantaras (1 Manvantara = Age of Manu). So what is Manvantara? Lets break it down: Each Manvantara has 71 Yugas. What are the Yugas? The Yugas are as follows: Krita Yuga, Treta Yuga, Dwapara Yuga and Kali Yuga. We are currently in Kali Yuga. Kali Yuga lasts for 432,000 years. (we are currently in Kali Yuga) - Dharma, symbolized as a bull, is on 1 leg. Adharma is at its peak because of the Demon Kali (who was earlier born as the 100 Kauravas - he was split at birth into 100 pieces - Duryodhana being the eldest). Dvapara Yuga lasts for 864,000 years. - Dharma is on 2 legs. Adharma and Dharma are at War with each other because of the Demon Dvapara (Demon Dvapara was Shakuni in Mahabharata. It was his Yuga). Treta Yuga lasts for 1,296,000 years - Dharma is on 3 legs. Dharma overpowers Adharma (The Age of Lord Ram). Krita Yuga lasts for 1,728,000 years - Dharma is firmly standing on all 4 legs. Peak of Dharma. (The Golden Age where everything is Satvik, with Rajas and Tamas being at its lowest point. Humans live for tens of thousands of years and are constantly praising the Brahman/Paramaatma. Situated in near complete knowledge of Creation - these are the nearly perfect Aatmas. They are always doing Sadhana/Tapasya. They will eventually become eligible for Moksha which can only be granted by Lord Vishnu). 71 of these Yugas = 1 Manvantara viz. 306,720,000 years. 1 Kalpa = 14 Manvantaras + 15 Manvantara Sandhyas (setting of the Manvantaras) = 4.32 billion years. 1 Kalpa is 1 day for Brahma. The Pralaya or Dissolution of Creation is 1 night of Brahma which also has same length as a Kalpa: 4.32 billion years. This Dissolution is Prakritik which means it is normal Destruction that happens on planets, mergers of galaxies or even parts of the Creation/Universes getting destroyed. So this type of Pralaya happens every 4.32 + 4.32 = 8.64 Billion years. A year of Brahma according to Hindu scriptures is 360 Brahma days. That means 311.04 trillion years. 12 months of Brahma is called 1 Brahma Year. After 100 such Brahma years is the Mahapralaya or the Great Dissolution of Creation. Everything goes back into Singularity (called as Hiranyagarbha or the Golden Womb) and from there a new Creation starts (Big Bang). 50 Brahma Days have passed and we are in the Shveta-Varaha Kalpa. So in Brahma's timescale, he is still a baby when it comes to our Universe. 100 Brahma years = 1 day of Lord Vishnu. When he is awake, the Creation exists in the material realm. Before he goes back to sleep, the Creation is destroyed and all Aatmas go inside him and that becomes the Singularity. The Aatmas are in eternal bliss for the entire night of Lord Vishnu (which is again 100 Brahma years). Then when he wakes, the Creation starts again with Brahma coming out of his navel and starting a completely new Creation, with each Aatma following suit and coming out of his navel too (the start of the Creation is depicted as Brahma being attached to Lord Vishnu through the navel). Now you can imagine how long it takes for the entire Creation to be destroyed and recreated. We are just getting started on this new Creation and the Creation itself is still only in its early stages.

Love your explanation as well spot on, I feel you have read and known a lot of the Hindu ways. The video just goes to tell that Hinduism knew that the earth was round and each heavenly body rotated around each other the moon around earth, earth around the sun, the sun around other stars, stars around galaxies and the galaxy around the collective energy of galaxies driven by Brahma (The Brahmalok or the force of the universe). All of this is run by 3 forces of energy Brahma (the energy responsible for the creation of universes), Shiva (the energy responsible for the destruction or termination of universes) and Krishna (the maintainer of the eternal cycle of Brahma and Shiva) of not 1 but infinite universes and all of this under Maya (the material energy) being 1/4th :). While the remaining 3/4th being the Spiritual energies governed by 14 Lokhs from heaven to hell governs either the bliss or torment of a soul based on how we choose our paths of existence. The outerworlds cannot be explained as one needs to be divine being, beyond Maya to understand and experience that part of knowledge that no one has ever seen. But its window can be witnessed but a fraction through certain phenomenon that rarely occurs. Such as humans you have died for a few minutes and come back. Their spirits visit an astral form but can't explain what it is when they are back (these are stuff that I've heard so, feel free to validate :) ) Hope this helps.. Again.. Mighty, Immutable and Incomprehensible :)

Yes...exactly whenever I'm contemplating the miracle of the source of creation and the creation(life/god/universe/ beyond universe....), I can't point out by the words because words are limited and used only for verbal communication but it can't explain the truth as it is. And whenever I'm in a state of realization during the meditative state and after come out of that state and see the way we're living our life in this world looks so so so much silly. in 1st he explained about mandal(which means axis) that moon revolves around bhumanadal(earth axis) earth revolves around suryamandal(sun axis) and sun revolves around parmesthi madal(milky way axis) and milky way revoles around the brahmaloka..ancient hindu talk about the planets which was not even thought till 14 the century,and exact same things are now projected by modern science...in the north india pronounciation of loka is lok,similary krishna is called as krishn,rama as ram.
