Hijacking a bit: This guy was obviously full of shit sources, but I don't feel Vaush laid that out well enough. Theoretically, it's possible to be a fringe group of historical experts with a somewhat unique view of an event and still be correct. Saying this gives me a bad taste in my mouth of sounding like some nazi apologist, but my point is that there are probably very good reasons why his sources are complete nonsense, but just saying the people who "just want to be right" aren't discouraged by the fact that some historians are considered to be "nazi apologists". Obviously this requires a much greater historical knowledge, which I think Vaush would have an interest in doing - a(nother) solid takedown of nazi apologists. Maybe do 2 debates - one where this guy presents all his claims that isn't public, so as to not platform his views, and 1 public where Vaush goes over every claim and exactly why they're wrong. I trust Vaush to research and present the counter arguments to do a complete takedown of these idiots, and I think it could be a go-to for counterarguments against exactly this type of person, of which there seems to be more and more. This concludes my opinion, thank you.

The trotsky quote comes from an opinion piece called "The Nature of Zionism" and that opinion piece claimed the quote was made in issue No. 1 of Russkoye Slovo. This quote is untrue as it was impossible for the quote to have come from Trotsky as the first issue of Russkoye Slovo came out in 1859 some 20 years before Leon Trostky was even born.
