Hey Josh, hope your Christmas went well and Santa brought you everything you wanted. Already so I like this camper with some minor details. I do not like the bunkbeds lol but of course I’ve never have liked the bunkbeds. To me if you don’t have small kids or Somebody physically able to get into the box they’re pretty much useless. Again I probably would’ve made that a office space or extended the back half of the trailer to make more room. Even if it would’ve been a mini hauler that would’ve been cool. The vent is ok in the living area but would rather have a vent fan!! In the kitchen the oven suck as it’s waaaaay to tight to actually cook on the stovetop. The rest of the kitchen is OK. A bit small of course but doable. Back to the bunks, I do think they could maybe keep the top bunk, but make the bottom bunk a couch area that folds out. Since they have a TV hook up in the room, it just makes more sense. Pretty much other than that this is a beautiful camper. Has pretty much everything that you would want in it. And of course, I really enjoy the separation of the guest area from the main owners bedroom and bathroom. Keep Rockin it Josh.

I like it the 1/2 bath is good, we have adult children and occasionally have adult guests and having that 1/2 extra bath would nice. You can use the bunk room for an office and guests can put their bags in the desk area. Good flex space.

I'd really prefer to have the tv flip down from the ceiling, at least you could use the shelf next to the dinette, and not have to worry about spillages. I love the cooker but hate the placement. The kitchen doesn't make sense. The cooker or sink could be next to the entrance, so it could be storage or a coffee/tea/appliance space. I'm very torn between loving and hating the 2nd door. I flip-flop between counting it's blessings and it's drawbacks. The shower needs one of those flexible doors that pulls across, or even a curtain. I'm happy whichever presentation style you choose. They should split the door under the sink so it folds, so you could have full access to the room under the half-bath sink. #nerdherd #rvnerdherd This is ok but wouldn't have it as a first choice, it seems a bit clunky in design.

I like to see the item as you talk. So many times when the narration is not with whatever we are viewing always leaves me wanting another look at it. I feel like I've missed something. I'm not concerned about how long your videos are, but the longer ones give time for more detail, or more uncaffinated Uncle Josh! I really like the layout with this one. A couple of questions aout that bunk area. Can the bunks be removed all together, or even better removed and replaced as needed? I'd have more need for the floor space for the most part, but may want to bring a friend. Maybe just taking out the lower bunk... One thing I really like about the bunk room is it has it's own 1/2 bath. If I do travel with a friend they could have their own space. On that note, does the toilet area have it's own door, or just the room itself? I'll have to look up the lighter color pallette. The dark looks nice, but with small spaces I tend to prefer light decor.

I’ve never heard of balancing beads, but since 99% of RV tires aren’t balanced, I would be more than happy to have anything that might help👍
@MinniKev2 күн бұрын
I mean, you say it has two stage travel access but there’s the 1/2 bath in the back if you need it. The kitchen does need a little more countertop space but the little area near the door works and the spot behind the stove is good for a coffee and ice maker.

Josh it’s whatever is easier for you. Narrating while you record means you can hand over editing to a helper. On the other hand you could cover more RV’s in a day if you just do a fly by and then do the voiceover when you have more time.

I like the way style like you used in this video. Perfect Josh. This model is well laid out for the length. The only thing I see missing is a place to hang clothes. Doesn't look like this is 4-season? For full timers?
@JoshtheRVNerdКүн бұрын
I am not trying to be difficult but comments like four seasons and full timing need clarity and reference A lot of people think four seasons means any and all weather. Literally no RV is made for any and all weather. RV’s also do not have warranty for full-time living. Full-time RVing and full-time living are two different things. But the industry has done a good job of confusing everybody when it comes to all of that
@robinwillson7838Күн бұрын
@@JoshtheRVNerd If you're going to live in it full time, you need a place to hang clothes. The bunk area could be used for a lot - like to make up for the small pantry area, but I didn't see a place to hang clothes. Full time rated usually has heated underbelly and/or extra insulation. We used to have a fifth wheel that was rated for full time living - a Heartland Big Country. You're right - none are ideal for extremes of hot or cold. But some are better equipped than others.
@Erin-Thor2 күн бұрын
Cool! I’m curious if that comes in a non-bunk or flip up bunk version? I like the desk, good thought, just not sure about the small work area and being right next to the commode. 🤣 I’m guessing their intent was a kids work area and not necessarily meant for adults. 👍🏽😎

Nice unit. Could use a bit more counter space for prep, but the "buffet" by the door could work. I'd love a fireplace for cozy ambiance buuut... The bunk room is great. It'd be my REAL clothes closet. Guests get the DR table. 😂 The outside & inside regular storage is good. Road mode is nice as well. Being on the thinner side, I have no issue with the space. Bummed it isn't an on-demand water heater. 😢 They're so much better, even with the possibility of having to refill the propane more often.
@JoshtheRVNerd2 күн бұрын
The counter space is a little tight, I agree.

What kind of vehicle to tow this in your opinion
@Erin-Thor2 күн бұрын
With a 10k weight, long length, and a 900 pound hitch weight I’d suggest at least a 3/4 ton long bed (longer wheelbase). There are a few newer half tons that could tow this, but with a 10k GVWR… I’d be very careful. 🤓 (If Josh answers any differently, listen to him not me. 😂)

Is really recommend a 3/4 ton or better generally speaking - especially once you load the whole family into the vehicle and eat up a bunch of payload

One question that I've never heard explained - This model has a lot of tank capacity, due to 2 black and grey tanks. Liquids are heavy. How does the weight of contents of tanks impact cargo carrying capacity, or the way that it's calculated? It would seem that if the tanks were full in this one, the cargo weight may be pushing the 2,000+ lb limit, before figuring the other stuff you load into the camper (not that anyone wants to ride around with nearly full black tanks - yuck).
