@truesight91 Жыл бұрын
Its really just natural strength and years of hard work. Most of our "strength" comes from our "core" and not from big muscles. Most people at the gym are inflated balloons full of supplements, protein powder and steroids. Real men use real food and many years of hard-work to build deeper levels of strength. I do same weights as my bigger friends.
@greenerdays Жыл бұрын
@@truesight91 Thanks. I said to my son that I t must be that he has tremendous core strength. It’s the only thing I could think of for a reason. I appreciate it!

Its a CNS thing two people can have total different strength despite having same muscle mass simply due to different neuro muscular activation. You training regime is also different when you train for increased mass vs increased strength.

He is a powerlifter. Powerlifters and Olympic weightlifters tailor their workouts for strength rather than for size, while bodybuilders tailor them for size. All of them do more or less the same exercises, but it all depends on number of reps per set, number of sets, and frequency of exercise per week.
