The video gives the implication that Blowers made this call while Tuiasosopo was up to bat, but he didn't. He made the prediction before the game began, and he originally said "maybe in the second deck." So in his second time at bat, on a 3-1 fastball, Tui hits his first homer of his career and it "just misses" the second deck. Niehaus was marvelous in this call...man, I miss that guy.

The dude was so specific that there was almost 0% chance of getting the prediction right at random.
