It bothers me that we pay for these gigantic Government buildings but we're not allowed in any part of them but the first floor lobby. We rarely get assistance from Government employees. Usually they print off a paper that instructs us to go online. Govt employees parrot the same three words to us over & over & over - "It is online. It is online. It is online." Everything we need is online & therefore we do everything ourselves onlne. So why don't we have less bldgs, employees, less expenses? Less taxes? Why do people work inside these expensive buildings at all ? They don't interact or meet with the public so why don't they work from home? We listen to recordings when we call & we assist ourselves online. This should be recognized in our tax bill in some sort of compensation.

In @ 18:50 this is ridiculous that this state agency servants are completely oblivious to what need to be displayed for the public to inspect without defiance from them🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

You should carry 2 phones, one that you can call the AG's office and call them right on the spot.

Thank you for more example of agencies not following the law.

This on line BS has to stop. WTF do we need all these public buildings and employees for if you can't get service from them???

Exactly, they offer it as the ONLY solution to any issue!!! Why are THEY there???
@RevofOne10 ай бұрын
Exactly. It's like just one less thing they have to do. Not everyone has internet or a computer, some people may have a learning disability or vision impairment. They have to take public records request verbally in person if requested. It's the law. Why are public servants not trained in that.

I agree 💯 & this is why I'm so happy folks like this epic fella are getting out there. This is how we will keep our rights 💪 🇺🇸🦅

How can they misread the “display prominently” line so badly that they think a public record request is in order?

When I think of the hundreds of millions to build and maintain this govt building .... and multiply this all over the country to the tune of trillions !!!! ..Virtually empty, ignorant employees getting paid to do nothing..misinformed and too secure in their cozy jobs. GEEEEEZE ! It's unsettling when you're surrounded by people who only care about taking more of our money and rights.. You are amazing Free,,,,,

These are our uneducated government workers. This is why these audits are so important. Great work.

The MSDS or SDS book should be available in all public building also for inspection.

How quickly they have excuses at the ready. 24:40 - Jimbo is prepared only with excuses, "I'm not aware", "here's a link to distract you", "I don't have my glasses", "we don't control that". Jimbo works in a different department and cannot help the auditor but finds it somehow within his responsibility to participate in preventing and deterring the auditor?!?!?!?!?!? How does that make sense?!

Quite an interesting story you've uncovered ..... Gotta wonder how many other agencies the State uses that are not in compliance 🤔.... Have you ever reached out to a Congressman/woman to inform them of the non compliance, or ask them for a remedy for your situation ?
