This is so classic Sarah. She loves the art, the rust, and drawing attention. In a way she's a work of art herself, still in progress of course. I absolutely love her videos.

Wow! My former husband, our toddler daughter, and I lived in Beatty, NV for three years (1974, '75, '76). I worked in the bar and restaurant of the casino. The bar was huge, solid wood, from the 1890"s. Our local madam, Fran of Fran's Ranch, came and danced on the bar. She was campaigning for a local office. What fun days! The casino was always busy and filled with happy people. My husband worked at nearby Teneco Mines as an electrician. My best friend Nancy, from Oregon, moved to Beatty to live next door to us. Nancy and I shared countless adventures exploring the area, including Death Valley. I have a deep love for Death Valley, Beatty, and Nevada. Was sad to hear the Exchange Club fell into disrepair, but what a comfort to know the building is now becoming restored as a work of art and much more. Thank you for sharing this video!

I was a working musician for about 45 years. In the late 90's I played the Nevada small town casino circuit. I played at the Stagecoach. On days and nights off I'd run around checking out other things around and outside of town. The Exchange Club was open then. I checked it out in hopes that they too had entertainment and perhaps we could get a gig there too. It was pretty much dead inside. There were just a couple old regulars there. I had a feeling it was going to go under. I also would be willing to bet the guy that owns the Stagecoach, Ed Ringle, bought it. That dude owns an awful lot of that town. When I was there he was buying up everything he could get his paws on!

@emeraldandgold back in the good old days. That must have been a great time. Beatty's a great place. One time when I was camped out at the oasis just south of town, I saw a UFO. Only one I've ever seen. Very strange. The next morning just before sunrise, a big burro came in for a drink, but there was a motorhome blocking the only path through the tulies. He was pissed. He walked right up to the back window and brayed and brayed very loudly. He not only woke them up, but everybody else, too. Was pretty funny.

Absolutely amazing! Please tell me, how is all this creativity coming about? Were you given a concept to run with or was it a more detailed idea to work from? Either way it's incredible... I've been a welder/fabricator all my life (retired) and I find it mind-blowing. Surely you have a crew, at least in a shop if not doing the installation, even then it's hard to imagine one guy doing all of this intricate work... My hat is off to you, sir!

The Artist is James Henninger. He’s an amazing multitalented man whose imagination goes to places that others only dream of. He’s not a “burner”. He’d probably scoff at that idea. He is who he is and doesn’t like labels. Don’t try and fit him in a box cause he’ll rip it to shreds. Hopefully he’ll finish the vision if the owner lets him. It will sure be a destination for the insta crowd once they get wind of it. Congrats James for someone recognizing the brilliant work you have created. Yes others have been involved but he has the biggest stamp.
