I have Sunday and Aglaea looks so majestic that I'm considering pulling for her, but I don't know if E0S0 will he enough and I don't want to feel forced to pull eidolons or Huohuo.

I have both FF and Herta at E0 and I haven't had any struggles with their energy, QPQ Gallagher is enough to funnel Firefly to half her energy, and with either Serval or Mini Herta when fighting multiple waves, Therta charges her ult really quick. Idk about Aglaea though, since having 300+ energy is a whole other beast.

I don't recommend using shielders for aglaea She attacks so frequently and even worse when with sunday that the shield just straight up disappears, because shields are on a countdown based on the characters' turn NOT the shielders turn

To be fair, we've long been made aware that she (and Remembrance units as a whole) would use summons as their primary mechanic. And Sunday, one of the best energy batteries in the game, was clearly marketed as a support for summoning units. So unless we're talking about new players joining in 3.0, anyone who wanted to play Remembrance would have at least tried to pull him, solving a good portion of her energy issue. That, or going for E1 also solves everything. Totally agree with the first half of your statement, though: she's just glorious.

Aglaea's E1 literally just feels like the Wriothesly C1 situation, they designed it with the mind of it being in the base kit but then decided to overcomplicate the kit further and decided to lock it behind an Eidolon. Edit: Some are misinterpreting this as me "complaining" that they made an Eidolon strong or something, or "thats what Eidolons are for". Im just stating that Aglaea's E1 just feels like a large QoL for herself similar Wriothesly's C1 in Genshin where it looks like something that could have been in the base kit but was unfortunately moved to an/a Eidolon/Constalation.

The leak beta showcases are subject to change with each weekly patch of the beta and the beta testers don't test f2p setups since they aren't interested in those (most of the time) nor do they explain the little details behind the builds.

Honestly the biggest reason to hold on Aglaea might be that she is the first premium unit of her class and a dps at that and we all know what happened to those (RIP Seele, JY, Baldie, Kafka, JL [Baldie and her are 2 different niche in the same class so it counts]) the most logical move would be unless you like her design hold for a rerun.

Unfortunately DoT hasn't really had much new added, I don't really count Black Swan as she's best with Kafka and not a replacement. Besides the attack buff, Tingyun also gives damage buff and speed buff after Ultimate which is also translated into more attack for Aglaea. But any damage damage buff is very valuable with how saturated her attack stat is

I had heard Tingyun's buff runs out based on the buffed character, not hers. So either you go SP- with her or Algalea will breeze through the buff I asume

The benefit of sunday is his buffs are based on his turns, he advances both the user and their memosprite (hugely important) AND his buffs benefit the memesprite to some extent.

Something I’ve noted before and stilll note now. Despite all the mechanical stuff that makes memosprites “independent units” such as stats and health bars. The way they’re implemented makes them play in practice identically to characters like topaz and linghsa. What’s the point of putting effort in them mechanically being fully considered separate units if in practice you wouldn’t know they’re that different if they never told you. By all means it’s just “what if numby could die and you had to manage HIS survivability too” it feels so counterintuitive to somehow make this its own path

Because summons are all considered follow up damage. But memosprites can be whatever they want. I definitely agree that it feels redundant that there is any distinction. But it's just cause the games are really specific about annoying stuff like this

They just needed a name/definition as a placeholder, nothing more, and eventually a small push to make you desire them. They are Remembrance path characters, but at the end of the day they literally are the same as the others. And even in a worst way, because Aglaea is almost literally an Erudition/Jing Yuan copy, while RMC is just an harmony path buffer, at the end of the day (its personal damage is almost useless). I can understand the "Eh, but Remembrance characters have the summons". Yeah, right... then do a patch and change Jing Yuan/Topaz/Lingsha path to Remembrance, to justify their summons and make them compatible with the new equipments/mechanics. But no, they did not do it, and we just have Remembrance as a placeholder for "random characters that can do a things of already existing paths, but we needed to give them a new name to make them more appealing".

Aglaea is single-handedly the reason I’m still playing this game after Firefly. I’m so hyped for her, I already have a team built. Lightning DPS, summoner archetype, Greek goddess style, the golden thread of fate with the 3 Furies as her companions, the dress mannequins wielding swords. It’s all so cool. Aglaea is the best.

Wow a character from a path that uses summon needs the support that was made for summon, who would have thought? If you want to play with any Remembrance DPS and have good performance you will need Sunday, it's like playing with FuA without Robin but probably worse I always imagined that it was kind of obvious that a sustain that recovers maximum energy would have a lot of value in the game and would be BiS on a DPS with a high Ult cost

You can certainly use RMC and Robin with Aglaea though you'll be running into some energy issues. Also I think Gally is better in this MoC since his hit counts are a lot

Thoughts about using ATK% rope with an E1S1 Aglaea + ExS1 Sunday comp? No huo huo. I think with sunday alone I should be able to have no downtime on her ult but I have found no testings or data to back this up.

Thing with this character is that for light spenders this is probably a unit that you need to wait atleas 6 months for to truly utilize (assuming you save up enough for lc, e1 and her supports) and by that point who knows if she’ll still be good

The game is shifting from a meta of really strong hypercarry DPS worth to invest all your resources into, to really strong teams of good characters that when played together just blows everything up. And these old hypercarries if not really invested into (Lc, good relics and even eidolons) Are falling behind.

I think, if you put meshing cogs lightcone to Sunday, then you'll be able to ULT much often. I'll probably test it out since I'm f2p. I may be sacrificing additional damage from Past and Future lightcone or Bronya Lightcone. S5 Past and Future though provides 32% damage if I'm not mistaken so it might be a lot of additional damage to miss out on, but I'll see if its worth to sacrifice damage for a more seamless run.

Perhaps you wanna run an energy rope on aglaea because huohuo could became the 2nd battery in your team (just in case you don't wanna pull for huohuo)

You can run Gallagher with quid pro quo or shared feeling (or another healer with either of those 2 LCs), both LCs can provide energy to the team, Quid Pro Quo has some RNG since it is a random team member that gets energy and they have to be below 50% energy to get it while Shared feeling gives less energy but to everyone.

In your case I'd recommend not getting her for now, if at all. Going for a sustain or a universal (and insanely good) support like Robin seems like the wiser choice.
