In Korea, winter has begun in earnest. It's frozen everywhere and it's starting to snow.
This time I found a strange and interesting tent. This tent seemed so pretty to use on a snowy day.
I had a great time watching the snow fall from inside the warm tent.

Thin PVC like that is notoriously prone to becoming extremely brittle in freezing temperatures. I'm actually amazed it lasted the night without the wind tearing it. Even if it is a warm temperature tent, the lack of adjustable cover for a stove chimney seems a bit thoughtless. You could easily camp in that down to 40F and want a stove for warmth but that gaping hole leaves everything vulnerable to the elements. Rain would have been a nightmare.

I just love your videos and I, also, love camping here in Australia. However, I have noticed two very important points watching you. Firstly, it is nearly always raining or crazy weather and secondly, your tents don't have a sewn in groundsheet or floor, which would make the tent colder. Yep, I take my hat off to you. You are both adventurous and brave camping in those conditions.

All your gadgets are not what camping is all about. The opening of the tent for the flue is definitely not made for a flue, it's too wide open. That tent is probably for the spring and summer, maybe the Autumn, not dead winter! Your not even dressed for winter camping ( brand new tennis shoes in -15 DEGREE weather?). It's still a nice video though. I loved the snow ducks!!🦆

ㅋㅋ 역시 예상했던대로 PVC 깨졌군요... 저도 이쉘터 사용중인데 혹시나해서 내부온도 올리고 그냥 녹을때 까지 기달렸다가 대충 물기 제거하고 접어 버렸습니다. 결국 따뜻한날 다시 펼쳐 말려야하는 비운의 쉘터ㅋ 동계용 쉘터인데 동계에 사용할수 없는 계륵같은 존재로 되어버린 폴라리스 P1

I would never buy a tent without a floor, you should at least get a big tarp to put down before you set the tent up. That will help with the temp as well, a little.

치우님! 보자마자 어멋 저건 사야해! 라는 글이 제 마음과 똑같습니다 ㅠㅠ 저도 투명텐트 알아보다가 썸네일 보고 들어왔어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 눈이 내리는 날 꼭 들고가봐야겠다 생각했거든요 :) 재질이 PVC로 이뤄진 경우는 추위에 취약해 딱딱해지고 쉽게 깨지는 성질이 있는 걸로 알고있는데 결국 부숴졌군요 ㄷㄷㄷ 아무래도 텐트를 친 상태에서는 계속 내부를 따듯하게 유지를 해줘야 할 것 같습니다. 따듯한 연말 되시고 치우님 영상보러 자주 들리겠습니다 :)

텐트가 찢어진게 아니고 깨어진거네요. 얼어서... ^^ 예전에 모로코와 아르헨티나에서 야영 중 텐트위로 사각사각 하며 눈이 내리앉으면서 나던 소리가 생각 나네요. 지난 여행 때에는 비와 눈 때문에 너무 고생을 했습니다. 그래서인지 요즘 레이 밴으로 유라시아를 한번 더 둘러보고 싶은 욕망이 자꾸... ^^ 잘 보고 갑니다. 건강 조심하시고 즐거운 여행 되세요. 👍👍👍
