I love everything about this song. I had to listen to it more than a few times. Made me realize my decision to put my ugly dark side out there for everyone to see was not as healthy as I thought. Just like when I wore the mask of social perfection, I am still assuming I am no good and a worthless human being. Only difference is instead of trying to fool people I'm now trying to scare them away. Either way, I'm left alone with nobody knowing the whole person I am. I'm not a complete saint and I'm not a complete sinner. I need to accept the fact I'm a normal human being and worthy of being wanted. I'll end here but thanks again for the epiphany.

Hi, i have been through something like that, i'm 26. 2 years ago i hated myself, i thought i was worthless, i was all the time thinking about all of the wrong i made or said, just couldn't see any of my virtues. I was a walking disaster, feeling depressed and in anger, wasn't able to connect with other people because of that 'black cloud', even though i was very charismatic during my teen years...but you know what?? Now i'm clean. I respect myself, now i can talk to whoever a wanna talk to, no depression at all. The cure?? No pills...the key is to change your inner dialogue, day after day. Trust me,it works :) Have a nice day.

Liking this tune a lot! I'm a big fan (as many are) of your hits, espeically Butterfly - that song holds such a big place in my heart as it takes me back to when I was about to leave high school. Care free times before jobs, houses, children etc. I recently got a Butterfly tattoo on my stomach as a reminder to these perfect care free days that I find myself, almost daily, reminiscing about! love crazytown. been waiting years for this. its pretty good. not as good as the old stuff but they arent the same people. i am sure the next album will be better. i am the same age as these guys and i dont rock out like i used to. I watched Shifty on Celebrity Rehab while I was addicted and I had the same relapses as him but he was an infuence for me to clean up. I am happy is doing better and thank him for his appearance on the show.
