1:15 its with a whammy bar. 1:31 I think I have screwed up the writing above the tab. I would probably play this just as a natural harmonic. Not 100% sure so sorry.

Three sharps at the start would suggest A major or F#minor Pentatonic. The first chord of the solo is an F# so this would make sense as well. That's what I would suggest without actually playing it myself.
