I have never requested a selfie with foreigners although I live in Mumbai where everyday I see and meet westerners and other country people. They are also humans like us. In case if they are a celebrity figure than I can understand. But every Indians has got good camera phones and no opportunity is wasted to get a pic with a white person or people. I feel it's a kind of weird obsession with most of the Indians.

Yeah it is so weird, but I think they do this to show to their friend that they meet some foreigner. It mostly happens in north india, where people are too much obsessed with white skin.
