It's called Myrrh and it's a resin (sap) that is taken from a tree. They say it's good for stomach pains, intestine problems and other conditions.

I stayed in Salalah only until the month of July but I know the monsoon season - kareef - turns Salalah into a green heaven!

Ahahahah!! The mirre is terrible!! Very bitter!! I taste one time just a small piece in the water, same like we do with frankincense, but is really bitter...anyway is good for the stomac! Ali give you very good advise
