Sela is such a beautiful young lady with such a kind disposition and she handles goats very well. Micha, has grown so much and always willing to participate in whatever farming activities there is. Also, that couple were good people, who clearly loved The Lord. Thank you for sharing your journey 😊

I hope God works it out soon for you. When I felt called to get goats, I made a list of the things I would need. One by one God supplied them. The fence came from a friend who was replacing his horse fence. I had to go take it down and toll it up and load it and bring it home. I have a video of me putting the fence up. I had to get it done quickly because my goat mentor was ready for me to pick up my goats because she was selling the rest of the herd. It was the hottest time of summer in August. Start your list, and I’m sure God will send them one by one! I will be praying for you!

I feel fortunate my make goat never smelled at all. I never knew male goats could smell until everyone on KZbin says theirs do. Our goat was healthy and fertile just not stinky.

Male goats are stinky just the way they sre made glad it wasn't s super long trip from what I could tell. Know you will clean the van really well.. will cover your bases well.😊

You should have gotten some adult diapers to put on him while in transit It may have saved any possible marking of territory in transit. Wouldn't reduce the smell during the trip but may have made cleanup afterwards easier.

I saw a person of FB who made a cage for their goats to transport from their farm to the vet etc. They made it out of pallets. Which apparently they got for free. They used metal hardware to put together (screws hinges and latches. And it seemed to be a very cheap idea to implement when on a budget. Just an idea.

Please check your son wears his seatbelt correctly, perhaps he needs a shoulder protector if its not comfortable near his neck ,so dangerous to not wear or only have it across his pelvis.
