Do they actually measure the flag to make sure it’s the required 10ft? Where did you get your flag and mount? Looking forward to getting out there!

No. They sell and install them there. You'll like it.

I've been there on my CR500 those Trails can be brutal especially around the holidays like the 4th July so many people riding what a great time though
@Fixin2Ride-Official-3 жыл бұрын
Heck yeah! We should meet up some time! Not a whole lot of people there much this year becuase of otjer places being open and maybe the flag and spark arrester test but I agree! Great otherwise. They are adding 250 more acres to the 118 they have now.

Good video I ride a quad. Don’t see too many out there. I noticed you don’t believe in stop sign. Be careful Lol
@Fixin2Ride-Official- Жыл бұрын
Yeah it's kind of dangerous there with all the Rocks they have. But yeah do have to make sure that you are true you're going. And yeah in the park the stop signs are more of a suggestion to be careful LOL

@@Fixin2Ride-Official- just retired and getting back into riding again want to do a little test run closer to Home instead of going all the way up north … So in the video it looks like there’s plenty of places to ride the quad basically I could ride my quad everywhere You went other than a few of those real narrow areas and large rocks. Were there more clouds out there than I saw in the video? Any help would be appreciated thank you.
@Fixin2Ride-Official- Жыл бұрын
Yeah you should be fine then. Just take er easy and know your own and the quads capabilities.

Hey Andrew. I have a 2017 Crf 450. Stock. Just wondering if the db test would be an issue at Holly? Im from macomb and really need a place to ride. My son is 10 on a Crf 110. Do you know if there’s age restrictions. I’ve looked online. No luck. Curious to hear from someone who has been.
@Fixin2Ride-Official- Жыл бұрын
They don't even test for sound ever and I've been there a bunch of times since they've opened. The only thing you need is a flag and Trail and RV stickers as well as gear and yes the minimum age to ride is 12 but your 10 year old son could come and watch at the fence in the parking lot. But he probably have to have somebody with him

Replace the front (drive) sprocket with a one tooth smaller one. You won’t believe the difference that makes. I rode an ‘85 XR 350r and that was one of the upgrades I made.
@Fixin2Ride-Official-3 жыл бұрын
Yes. More torque. I mean the bike is fine with me at this point and has plenry of power. Cant see myself needing a crf450r at all. But when the time comes I may very well do that. Thanks for the suggestion as well as watching!

@@Fixin2Ride-Official- it slows it down, you can walk beside it in 1st. Pulls like a tractor then stay on the pegs more. You won’t believe the control you’ll have. Great video!

Ah yes. That would make sense. Especially in tighter areas like the wooded section I did in this video. Deff intriguing.

@@Fixin2Ride-Official- my riding consisted of single track trails. The longest ride I took was from St. Helen to Alpena, all single track trails. If on open trails, run a gear higher, but awesome in the tight stuff 👍🏻
@Fixin2Ride-Official-3 жыл бұрын
Nice! How isnt Helen? Hear a lot of people talk about it. Heck you could even bring a little backpack with the right tools and chsnge out the sprocket easily when needed. Heard St Helens is a lot of sand? I dont mind.
