Hi Jocelyn, just wanted to let you know that the “wisemen” are two of the three gods known as Fu Lu Shou (Prosperity, Fortune and Longevity). The bald figure on the left was Shou (Longevity) and I believe the figure on the right was Fu (Prosperity). Too bad Fortune was missing! And the fruit is definitely a peach. Represents longevity. Usually peach shaped buns are served at birthday parties for older people.

3:33 The fruit is a peach. In Chinese ceramic and decor, the fruit is always a peach. 11:10 A while back, I found some nice, hand-tooled, leather-wrapped decanters. I discovered that they are most commonly made in Italy. I sold mine for $35 and $45.

Walked into my Ill Will on Friday, looked around, and walked out. Didn't feel like standing in line for $1 plus tax's worth of giftwrap tape. OTOH scored BIG at a church sale today, and the tag sale and other nasty lady were both absent. BTW - crock pot! You can cook soups, stews, mac and cheese etc and all you need is a wall plug. For some things, just toss it all in, set it on low and walk away.
