Did you know ? When you get an eggshell in your bowl, you can use the side of your eggshell (that you have in your hand) to pull the piece out of the bowl. It acts like a magnet. Keep up the good work learning how to cook.

Egg shell tip: if a little piece falls into the bowl, use one of the cracked open egg shells to scoop it out. For some reason it works easiest.

just a tipp: if egg shells fall into the egg, it is easiest to get it out with the egg shell from the egg - use it like a spoon, the piece of egg shell will just get into the other egg shell and stick to it. ;)

Our breakfast for dinner is what we call breakfast hash. We also do this for Christmas breakfast. For 10 of us on Christmas, we cook 2 pounds of bacon in the oven. We fry a ton shredded hash browns in the bacon grease (A West Virginia thing) and then scramble a dozen eggs into the hash browns and crumble the bacon into it. Salt and pepper. We then make toast from crusty Italian bread.

You should look into the Blackstone 36”griddle! It IS an outdoor propane griddle but I think for your size family it would be a great investment. Especially when making pancakes for a crowd!!!

Pineapple ripe top off , hit down once hard on counter top than roll it hard a few times on it side and put a piece out side. And you can put them in bowl a lot less messy.
