I don't have a "maker" but have made this same recipe for our dogs. It's much more work rolling the dough and using a cookie cutter and baking in the oven. Our dogs love them. When was a kid, the dog biscuits were kept in the cupboard under the sink. Dishwashing duty was great, I loved eating "LUV" dog biscuits!

Years ago I was diagnosed with OAS (oral allergy syndrome). All our fruit and veg contain proteins identical to pollen. So Birch, Ragweed, Mugwort, Orchard and Timothy. That is why we get itchiness or swelling of the throat, lips, tongue and mouth. I'm allergic to Watermelon and melon, also highly allergic to cucumber. I have a slight allergy to bananas as I can't eat them without getting an itchy throat. All the above are from the ragweed pollen.

Going to make these for my dog. They are human tested and dog approved 😂😂😂 I get canned pumpkin and put about a tablespoon or two with a small cookie scoop, on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or freezer paper and flatten a little. Then par freeze them and then put in ziplock bags. It’s so good for your dog’s digestive system and they don’t mind them frozen. They do defrost quickly too.

Try a peanut butter one next time!! Don't use the can spray stuff on your maker either (includes waffle makers). That is where the sticky build up comes from that doesn't come off and ruins them over time. Use a pastry brush and your choice of bottle oil or get one of those spray bottles made to add your own oil. Canned spray has added ingrediencies and chemicals. They did look pretty good and you know what they are eating!!
