Great video. I followed it and successfully repaired my home button. A couple of comments - it could do with a few words here and there to help. At time 13:31 in video when putting front screen back on, it is important to ensure the two flex cables that are pushed through the gap go FULLY THROUGH. Check with the shot at about 5:29 to see how far they should be through. The first time I put mine back, I didn't get them through far enough. It is he left hand one with the thinner cable that needs some care.

i've been being nit picky about my iphone 4s's home button being a little wiggly but this video explains that the material used to seal it is made of what looks to be a rubbery type of material that allows some minor shifting in the button. i noticed the home button is wiggly/ can move a slight bit and thought there was an issue, never had the issue on the 3gs so i was concerned. those 2 phones are designed a little differently and i am not used to it yet. this helps in clearing things up for me, thanks!

Thx for the video... successfully repaired an iPhone 4s that had been dropped in water and killed the Home button... it takes time, patience, and being very organized, like in the video. (I used an office desktop blotter and placed the parts in a line along the edge as I removed them... then reversed back down my line to reassemble.) I did have a few sticky screw covers/gaskets that weren't shown in video... and a little rubber edge guard on main board, that fell off. I used the video, looking very closely to see where it was placed... along the top edge, to the middle/left, to protect ribbon cables apparently. - Found combo kit (parts and tools) from Cyberplugs.

Samo Hrabro if you have an iphone 4 then take the second one with the key cap (you can't use this video for replacing the home button for an iPhone 4) if your iphone is an 4S model then none of them are good.
