I totally feel for Bella on the being scared of the high ropes course thing - last time I tried to go on one I had the exact same reaction and had to be rescued as well. They look so fun from the ground but once you're up there (and everything you have to stand on is swinging about and your legs start shaking) then its terrifying! Didn't expect to find myself tearing up over that - I love that you were all so supportive about her being scared!

The one where you go up and jump to hold on to punching bag thing, it moves by asking the staff. They move it to how far you wanna jump. 😊 i went to a retreat and saw the staff moving it according to the request, unless it moves when you jump on it then thats new to me and of course i didnt went up there cuz I dont do well with any of that. One of the best things I’ve ever done as a single woman, was get a AAA membership. They have rescued me several times and it takes a ton of the anxiety away knowing I can get help if no one I know is near! Would highly recommend for you all!!
