I’m still surprised that most of the teens only need 2-4 notebooks, when at my school you need a notebook for almost all of your classes so I carry 6-7 notebooks and 7 folders for my 8 classes (10 if you count d-stud and acc support). Gotta love living in Massachusetts with there snow storms, ton of rain/thunderstorms and tropical storms.

They explained this before in a diff vid (soz im kinda new to this channel too so idk all their names yet nor am i good at explaining things so pls bear w me) but becuz of rules set in place in arizona for like foster kids they like havto go to skl so they have ppl there they can rely on like teachers incase of things like abuse. Recently, two new teens came but they are still foster kids. The reason y the othrs also go to skl is so the new kids dont feel left out or feel like they r treated differently jus becus of their situation. :)

From the way the kids are talking, it sort of seems that they will be going back to school in the building instead of remotely. If that is the case will you all not get to be with the Crazy Middles since they are continuing to quarantine and learn from home? They had said that they were being very strict on the quarantine mainly to be able to see you all since Crystal is pregnant and Aurora has health issues, but if you all are going back to school won't that change all that?

In France we have like 11 compulsory subjects and for each of them we need a notebook or sometimes many notebooks. For example last year I was in 10th grade and in French, I needed 3 notebooks, ONLY FOR ONE SUBJECT!!!

I’m in British y8 (going on nine) and need about 2 per subject. They are provided by the skl though. We start using big ring binders from Y10 in my skl, which we have to but ourselves.

Yesss same in the uk. But we get provided them by the school for each subject and we just get new ones once we run out of room. But in year 12-13 we have to bring our own note books folders etc for every subject.

Melinda was a foster child they had in their home. They were unfortunately unable to adopt her but they have remained in contact and is adopted in their hearts. Melinda has a 3-4 yr old daughter named Scarlett who lives with Melinda. Jamie is Melinda's biological sister. She has some special needs. Jamie is Aurora's birth mom. Crystal and Aaron took Jamie in when she was pregnant. Jamie gave birth to Aurora and because of her special needs she was unable to properly care for Aurora so Aaron and Crystal adopted Aurora as their own. They consider Jamie adopted in their hearts as well. Jamie lives with Melinda & Melinda's daughter Scarlett. They visit often but haven't due to the coronavirus.

Loved all the random stuff Alex had in his backpack - that lightbulb defo brightened up my day! I used to have so much stuff in my bag for school - sellotape was always one of my essentials cause it always came in useful for something, like one time my shoes fell apart I just taped them together for the rest of the day. My schools always provided jotters and folders (a UK thing I think) so its cool to me that you can have options for cute notebooks etc, but I'd have needed way more of them at that stage - I remember when I was 14/15 carrying three stuffed binders, a textbook and some other folders to and from school every day, and I had to walk there. Cool seeing how different it is for you guys!
