So cool to see where you ended up camping and the walk by the dam! I lived in Yankton when I was a kid, we used to picnic near that campground, then would swim in the lake, fished the lake and river a few times when my dad bought a used boat and used to fish below the damn with my Gramps. That man could catch fish there (anywhere!) when no-one else could!! Used to snag spoonbill and catch some big cats out of that river! You brought back some great memories! Thanks and keep the vids coming!

Sometimes, those instances where you did not expect to fall asleep, yet did anyway and you find yourself waking up muuuuuch later than you usually would sleep, is simply one of the best things that can happen to you. I almost never get more than 4 hours a of sleep a night, so those random few times I have fallen asleep before planning to do so, and found myself waking up 7 or 8 hours later, are godsends. I'm glad Mike got to do one of those again on his own in this video, and he even got 12 hours in for it.

This is the first time I've come across your videos. You have a wonderful voice to listen to, also you share your thoughts smoothly. Nice video and what a nice place to winter camp. It was well worth your likely frustration with the closed campgrounds. Yet you stayed cool and calm. Many people get mad and ruin the peacefull feeling you share. I'm now a subscriber.
