Rob sold us our brush pro CRB 20. There was a problem with shipping and the CRB was damaged. The shipping company basically said they weren't covering it, but Rob and his wife made sure we were EXTREMELY satisfied. I can't say it enough, this guy and his team are great. Thank you Rob.

Crb is good for pre vacuuming I always see cleaners using the crb after vacuuming. Overdoing pre-spray then using crb to drive deeper in carpet makes rinsing difficult without overwetting.

Hey TMF, I just bought a 15 in CRB, need help installing the wheels. Got the axle rod through the base, which I had to apply quite a bit of pressure. But the wheels aren't fitting like they should. They are not going all the way on .

I understand that hot water extraction "is the way to go". However, if you don't have one, can you use this machine as your only cleaning process in residential?

+Jose Morales Yes you can. Choice of chems, pre-vacuuming and good spotting techniques would be critical. Save your money from there and move up to a truck mount.

no it is NOT the Way to Go. Encapsulation is as good if not better in many ways since you have less time drying, no wick possible and if you use a Low PH solution no call backs.Too Much Water is painful.

This is interesting, but that being said, does it really act as a vacuum cleaner!

+bermudaguy1 It works well, but not a pre-vacuum replacement simply because it can not pull out fine dust particles. For this I recommend a Kirby. With that being said, a CRB machine is absolutely worth the investment. With a good encapsulation pre-spray, your clients will be blown away. www.HowellsCarpetCleaning.com

Wait a sec, the crb is a vacuum too!? Where does it store all the debris?

it sweeps dust and debris up from the carpet and dumps into the capture tray, one front one back. It's not exactly vacuum because it just throw heavier debris in there instead of sucking it up and filtering through a HEPA filter.

I have brush pro 17 with blue brushes but on some carpets it seems like its destroying or scratching them only on plush type . Do you have any suggestions

Pick up some soft white or ultra soft gray brushes for problematic carpets.
