I’ve used this Wilson model for 9 months, yes it’s light, 12 mm but it’s not harsh, it’s very fast at the net but still has nice power, no construction concerns, a well balanced paddle that fits in with my other, ruby, J2k, and ex engage pro!

I just transitioned from the CRBN 3X 16mm to the 1X 12mm and absolutely love it. I added weight to it and find the paddle stable and a spin machine. I was very nervous about losing control but I feel like I’ve actually gained co trol - not sure about the science here but I love the 12mm!

I have a CRBN 1X in the 16mm, I’ve had it for 6 months and I love it. I have been very close many times to buying this 12mm. I feel it would specifically shine for indoor and with indoor balls which are a little lighter and compress more Vs. Outdoor balls. Thanks for the review I’ve been looking for a dedicated review on it for 4 months now! 🙌🏻

Did you keep the plastic on the grip????

Your tape position is not ideal for power. IMO. Most likely using the cheap generic PP honeycomb. Have some friends who's cores are not holding up after just 5-6 month. Seems over priced to me for Thomas's signature, even though I'm a big fan of him. Hard "pass"

If you’re surprised by a 5-6 month life span, you’re not playing enough.

@@Mot-Reuab SST and Aramid cores are my solution for durability.
