the us measurements for the bread (just the bread cuz its rly good by itself too) - 1/2 cup of milk - 2 tbs of sugar - a little less than 1 teaspoon of yeast (.80 tsp to be exact) -2 cups of bread flour - maybe 1/2 a teaspoon of salt but i just shook in a dash and called it a day - 1 1/2 tbs of butter yw everyone!

OMG!!! I tried this recipie out for the first time and it is soo good!!! The bread is soo soft and making it was soo enjoyable and it tastes really really good! So amazing recipie highly recommend. Edit: oh yea I forgot to mention because I dont really like sweet things of salty stuff I dont use the sweet stuff on the recipe like honey or condensed milk but I did use like a big pinch of sugar with the yeast cuz like the yeast needs glucose for it to grow (also i like used a small part of water and milk for the yeast so it will grow quicker lol I'm too lazy to wait for the yeast to grow on milk n by grow I mean the yeast will like have a bubble layer and will grow on warm conditions since like ya know yeast is a fungi, am organism lol)

Taste REVIEW from a western palate: I made these buns yesterday and i was a bit skeptical how i would respond to the sweet/savory combination. I made one bun without any cream cheese just in case. The flavor of the sweet cheese and garlic was actually far superior to the cheese-less bun. Without the sweet cheese the bun was much less rich. It reminded me of other dishes in which garlic is mixed with sweetner, such as honey mustard garlic sauce. Enjoyable! I must say though that is was very heavy and hard to digest.

I made this garlic cheese bread and i must say it is super duper delicious (the next time i make this I'm putting less garlic cuz im not that much a big fan of garlic) i can't believe i succeed in the first try and plus I've never made bread before so i was sooo happy and lowkey thought that i was talented in these type of pastry and baking things... Also following this video felt like him teaching me beside me cuz of how detailed his instructions are like dont do this or do that in his captions, well the only hard part is the kneading part cuz the bread was so sticky and i dont have a wooden board big enough to to knead the bread.... I almost gave up thinking this will never work and it sticks to my hand whenever i try to knead it but then my mom advised me to put a bit of bread flour just enough that it sticks less to my fingers and it works! and i had to be patient for it to work it took me half an hour to knead the dough and for it to be stretchy like shown in the videos then after that the rest was super duper easy i really recommend yall doing this with a bit of patience cuz it is really worth it!! and again thank you soo much nino for providing this delicious recipe and i already did his mozzarella onion ring recipes and it is *chef's kiss* and will definitely be doing more of his recipes cuz it worked really well! welp that was long paragraph 😂

Tried making this today and it's delicious, but there are some thing that I change. 1. I use stand mixer instead of kneading it 2. I add another 30g of flour because mine is too wet and keep sticking to my finger 3. I use 25-30g of garlic because I thought 50 is going to be too much for my tounge 4. I use margarine because I run out of butter (just for the garlic-butter sauce, I have just enough for the bread) I apologize for my bad English Happy cooking for everyone who's trying to make this 🙂 And thank you Nino for the recipe ✨

Your english is pretty good just some past tense issues. Like if you were talking about the past of use you would use used. And ran instead of run and a bit more. Learning past tense and present tense are pretty easy to learn so nothing you would learn it quickly Passive voice and active voices are going to be a bit harder tho. Keep up the great English! Oh and may I ask do you speak any other languages? If so which one?
