I mainly use this video as my night lamp. When I go to sleep I turn the brightness of my laptop low and put this clip into fullscreen. I sleep like a baby every time.

This was the colour my walls used to be before my other half started telling me it needs painting. I'd almost forgotten this. How we used to stare at the walls for hours after they were last painted, let out a deep sigh and marvel at this lovely colour. Of course nowadays, she's all.. lets go magnolia this time, and i'm like.. LOOK at this youtube video... HOW can you say NO to this colour? Its looking at me like the last puppy in the rescue centre.. just begging to be Cream. The other half is going to be disappointed.. once i'm done watching this , i'm straight out the door to get some cream paint.

Very occasionally as I'm falling asleep, I'll get a tingling sensation, almost like an electrical buzz that rises to my head, then I'll hear a loud "bang" with pressure in my head and a flash of light, that looks just like this. I believe it's called exploding head syndrome, and it's not even dangerous, but it's certainly frightening, because it startles you awake and causes your heart to race as well as causing breathing difficulties. It can also cause pain, but it's rare. (I wonder if microwave radiation is being aimed at people, including me, by the government sometimes, and causing an auditory and visual effect?) It typically happens because certain areas of your brain responsible for sleep are out of sync. It's neat, but like I said, it's scary! It's not necessarily the flash of light that's scary, it's the loud noise!

I'm used to have tinnitus in my ears (I sometimes perceive a high pitch in my auditory experience, which doesn't vanish and comes out of nowhere). It is quite neat honestly, cause when i meditate sometimes it's like that continuous sound shuts up and i feel complete silence, which i never experience in normality. But sometimes it also starts getting heavier and heavier to the point it overwhelms me. It's like a truckload of sound just hit you. It can become scary honestly, but i get through it. The other day it came with hallucinations and paralysis after i woke up, and i could not sleep after it. All this just to tell you, you are not alone in your experience of abnormal things. There are other people like me who also have to bear weird things, but no matter what, you are not a victim, you just happened to be the one experiencing that. If you think about it, someone had to had the condition you have or the condition i have, and we are part of that statistic. So don't mind it much. Whatever happens, happens after all. And because it came, it's gonna go eventually.
