If you want something simple and cheesy take a whole big brie cheese and take out a small slices of what's arround the cheese ( white crust) or don't some people's love to eat it like me and wrapp in puff pastry and cook at 400 f for about 25 minutes and dig in ! Love to eat it with strawberry jam or blueberry jam or some honey so good....
