I'm going to make this for dinner now. Thanks for the recipe; it looks yummy. I made this tonight & it came out awful. I think I know what was missing... salt. I have kidney disease so I basically can't add salt to anything. This dish, however, needed some. I'll try it again with some salt & see what happens OR You Can Come To My House (bring the immediate family along) & Make It For Me- LOL. UPDATE: I had leftovers & added salt to them. Guess What? It tasted wonderful. Thank You!
