My dad showed me how to made this But with 3 cup of left over mashed potatoes and 2 egg mix and fried but not but not runny . Now I'm older I beat the eggs first them mix in the potato's .

Yea egg can be introduced at an age of 6 months And u can use cow milk for cooking and baking baby food But not for drinking And u can use formula or breast milk too
