Cream cheese. All you need is butter, cream cheese and garlic salt. Makes them fluffy. Great Grandma's recipe. Been making mashed potatoes like that every holiday since I was 12

I love potatoes so much... my favorite dish is kugelis, its a Lithuanian dish made mostly of potatoes, it goes really really good with a dollop of sour cream, and it takes roughly half a day to make, so i only get it on special occasions like thanksgiving when i'm at my grandmas house. I still wanna see if she has any other cooking recipes.
