I love watching you two together. It looks like you are living your best life. I suffer from several medical conditions that include chronic and severe migraines as well as fibromyalgia. I am looking for easy quick recipes that will help decrease inflammation (less sugar and carbs), while still not triggering my migraines. My triggers are high sodium, citrus fruits, and any processed foods. If you have something you could show I would greatly appreciate it. I am only 35 and feel like I am 60. hey! Im a fellow CM sufferer as well. My whole life (30 years). And I am vegan bc this diet helps me significantly with the pain! CHeck out Anthony Williams, aka Medical Medium, he shares recipes as well but its all wonderful help for us suffering with these awful conditions. I use a lot of his simple food recipes a TON that he shares on IG bc theyre amazing for my health, help fight the awful meds they have me on, and also dont take me 2 hours to prep bc by then I will surely be vomiting from pain. So sorry you too live this life! xoxo
