How do you incorporate custom stencils into a corporate environment without having to push to the profile? The built in ones are in the program directory but don't seem to pick up when copied over.

The built in stencils (or "Document stencil") travels with the drawing but not custom. I would suggest placing custom stencils in a shared folder (maybe OneDrive? ) and provide access to all users. Or you could email the stencil with the drawing if that's the plan.
