No the QR code doesn’t work when the link doesn’t work. The QR code matches the link you have so when the website with the same link is offline your QR code will still send you to the same link but you will see a offline website. So the QR code will never change when you have a static QR code dynamic QR codes cost money and you can change those when needed

Hello Ashwani! What you can do at the moment is add a row to your spreadsheet for each price difference. In the future we will enable the use of variants so you can do precisely what you mention. For the second question, we'll considere setting at default category, but what you can do at the moment is move the products that you want clients to see first to the top of your spreadsheet, they will appear in the same order in your menu.
