the issue im facing is that people in customer support break the agent without wanting to by for example not clicking buttons and just typing away. I have a whole customer support agent built and some of the info isnt getting filtered at all so I put together a custom KB but I cant use API's because the user might ask about anything.

Put the option to dragback when someone doesn’t click the option. You have to trigger the “no path” and then you can put a message as “please select a button” and that way it will work

I’m having a hard time getting the difference between the knowledge base and the prompt. What happens if we have no prompt, would it still refer back to the knowledge base

Yes it will but the prompt is important because it gives instructions to the LLM. The better the prompt, the more accurate the answer

Hi Sandeep. Great video! I'm working along with the major points, but I'm stuck on the last part, the API installation. It's giving me 400 Server Error 9.3 kB 1016ms. Can you please help?

Thanks you. Appreciate it that you liked the video. Regarding the error-Generally you get a 400 error when the syntax for the api request body is not correct. Remember to check the comma placements. Another thing is the quotes. When you use a keyboard so add the quotes, it uses different quotes than the straight quotes. Try to copy the quotes in the request body. Let me know if it works. I noticed that as you were running a test that it did not show any token charges. Is this because of the API tags being directly tied to the knowledge base?

Not sure but api usage will use tokens
