Very nice video! For the GlideDateTime within your Prepare REST Body script, you may be able to use getDisplayValue of the respective input field to get it in your timezone without needing to do the math? Additionally, you could add a date/time field to capture when you think that task or event would be done so it isn't always doing 1 hour (as your tasks could vary in length of time needed?) and instead it uses the value from your content record? Just a few suggestions to throw out there since I happened to see/think of them, haha. I know you're a fan of always optimizing or tweaking, but this would probably be a lower priority!

And yes, you're right, I am always trying to optimize and tweak which is exactly what I did in this video. I actually don't use the script step any longer since the JSON Builder step does exactly what I need without the need to script. Not related to this, but while using json parser step, if we don't get 200 and if we get 404 or other error. Then its throwing cannot convert null to object error. Is there any way to handle it better
