1. Greetings
2. First Paragraph - WHY ARE YOU WRITING THIS LETTER?
3. Second Paragraph - WHY ARE YOU FIT FOR THE POSITION?
4. Third Paragraph - WHAT CAN YOU OFFER TO THE CLIENT/COMPANY?
5. Fourth Paragraph - REITERATION (Optional)
6. Closing

You can insert a hyperlink into gmail by doing the following: Ctrl+K or selecting the Insert Link (Chain) icon at the bottom of the compose message screen. This way you can describe what the link is going to and skip the bitly step.
