I never thought to demo an animated character. Good call. The stuff I do with realistic looking characters is so dumb and ridiculous... I feel like it can't be harmful to any viewer (except maybe a bruise from an overly aggressive face palm from the ridiculousness) 😁

If you used animated characters then any lip sync would work. I think the point of human like voices are to make it seem like the voice is coming from that character and is not fake or robotic.

Unfortunately, some users don't see all the features and CapCut does a terrible job of communicating feature availability by platform, version, region, etc. Since you're a paid subscriber, I can only guess that it might not be available in your country, or since you're on 5.3.0 (I'm on 5.2.0, which shows as the latest available for me) maybe it's removed in that version and re-appears later?

I think its a regional thing. When in CapCut commerce they say that most of the AI features are not available in my country. But in commerce (web) you can actually use them.

I'm using a Pro (paid) account on the desktop PC version. I can't say for sure, but I suspect if it's available at all for free users, it's likely a very limited trial.
