Yeah, the T&C thing using 4 licenses is a bit of a pain. Hence the reason I pointed it out and also mentioned copying and pasting the content to free up your licenses. :0)

Hi Paul. Isn’t the LTD just a little bit of a red herring on this one on the basis the licences are limited and each policy/language uses a licence. Perfectly fine for your own site or a handful of clients but as soon as you need to scale the LTD doesn’t really help too much.

You can look at it in a couple of ways really. Is it good for an agency? Not really, unless you simply want to copy and paste the created docs into your clients sites. If you have a site or sites that are not generating tens of thousands of visits a month but you still need legal docs, then this could be a good way of doing that without incurring a monthly fee.

Doubful I will ever get sued for having the wrong policies. Therefore, I don't see the value in spending money on something I do not need. Especially when there are so many free policies online that I can use.

I was super interested by that when I saw it... but their licencing is crazy... Top at 25 and the way they calculate it (plus me having some bilingual sites) means that it could only be 5-10 sites... hmm, not enough...

It's certainly not the perfect plan for larger or more popular sites, but for smaller or more niche sites it can be a useful tool.

@@PACKAGEMODS Every website needs a privacy policy, terms of use, etc. So even if they abandon it you still have something your website needs. Paul has replied they have been around for awhile so that's good. This is going through appsumo and they are pretty good about issuing refunds. I still think it's a pricey penny for what they're providing though.

Termly.io is a better deal IMO Don't like the "add ons" with Iubenda for sites with 25k+ visitors. Hikes the price up massively

It's certainly not a great fit for everyone, but if you have a site that doesn't generate huge amounts of monthly traffic, this could be a great fit.

Well while Termly may overcome websites with massive visitors it is wildly expensive at $120 per year per domain for a growing website. If a website visitor count get that big then you are probably generating some sort of income then you can always move those websites to a paid service such as termly or even pay the add-on fees for iubenda but for $177 for lifetime for approximately 3-5 sites, the deal makes sense. That’s how I see this deal.
