That's a pretty good rig, I like the drawing. Just maybe try to get the torso match the framerate of the legs, it doesn't look right

you can press alt to set the right parent while adding new bones. instead of switching add bone tool to select bone

I would say it needs more inbetween frames to be made with Virtruvian bones, they pop and seems distracting just my oppinion.
