Create a simple WCF application

1.Open a Github account
2.Create a public repo wcf-lab1-hello-world
3.Clone ethe repo to your local computer
4.Install visual studio 2022 community edition
5.Install WCF as add on
6.Create a new WCF application and choose the project location same as the github repo.
7.Push the code to github account
