@@1SourceVideo I have emailed their customer service as well as their management, and also DMed their Instagram, and nobody has responded. If they are in business, they aren’t interested in tech support or customer service so I would strongly urge people go elsewhere. Will update this if I ever hear back from them about my question regarding DMX
