Another great educational video.. I did that with the red theatre in Italy it worked a treat.. took me a while to work out in Photoshop what to do but once I had worked it out it looked great...

Nice and clear video! Few questions: 1. Why don't you use an IR remote to trigger the shutter> Now you run the risk of moving the camera. 2. Why delete all the intermediate images? Why not create the results in a separate folder?

Hey! Thanks for this. I could use a remote - but a 2 second timer is usually enough. But sure - if I want to be super careful - I could do this (although I don't currently own one). 2. Its just space for me - the RAW files are just dead space, they won't be used again. I treat my DNG file like the raw wants panos are combined (this is why I don't adjust prior usually).

Hi James, seeing a DoF table (F8), it should be 3x3 instead of 3x9 frames ok. (Everything is in focus). Wil you get better picture using 27 frames?

27 frames? It wasn't 27. It was 9 + 9 = 18. It will only look better if the distance at the front is too close to the front of the lens. In this case - it wasn't, the better photo was just a "normal" panoramic.
