For some reason when my triangle morphs into the first shape it moves to the right and down. Can't figure out what is causing it.

Did you center your anchorpoint? Sometimes the anchorpoint can do some weird stuff. Before start to animate or morph. Make sure your anchorpoint is centered. You can do this by pressing Y (giving you the anchor move tool) and then selecting and drragging the anchorpoint while holding ctrl or cmd. This will let the anchor point snap in the middle of you shape. Of course do that with every shape. Hope this helps☺️
