Hi Doug, Thanks for this. It really helped. However, looking for a bit of customization to this. Currently it is a 6:2 matrix (i.e 6Ms and 2 causes). I created a 4:4 matrix (i.e 4Ps and 4 causes). In certain cases, i may have more than 4 causes under one category and less than 4 causes in another. Is there a way to automate (may be a VBA script. Am not well versed with it though) so that where i've 2 causes it only shows up those and remaining is hidden and where i've more than 4 causes, it automatically adds boxes and picks up the causes. I know it's too much to ask for. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !!

Yep...some automation would probably be through VBA which is not my strong suit. Try posting this to the mrexcel.com forum...Lots of smart folks there!
