Great video James. Thanks. Quick question: do our business clients need permission from their past CUSTOMERS to text them? As far as I know, you need permission to contact prospects, but customers are fine and legal, unless I'm wrong here and permission from all is required first? (important to know for these reactivation campaigns…)

Isn't that confusing for people? 2) if you are going to charge this per month, do you have to update the email database in high level every month? Thanks

1. Remember, I am creating a funnel, not a website, which can also be utilized using source code and uploading the source code to their wordpress site....that works too, but I like things to be simple. Paid traffic goes to the 2 page landing sites, and their website is only for search. 2. yes and no. There are ways to automate it using zapier for example, but most of my clients send me their new customers once a week or month that I just upload.

James, do you have certain times set for sending auto texts/emails? If someone if opting in at 3am, do you still allow it to text them at that hour or do you prefer to set the automation for 8am-8pm? If you do have set hours, can you make a video showing how? I couldn't find anything on YT.

We have set 9AM - 8PM in their own timezone. If someone books a call at 3AM in their own timezone, I will assume that to be 1 out of a 1,000 and not worry to much about the text waiting 6 hours to go out. I rather be safe

Before I have an AC or any contractor work done in my house I just ask my friends if they know someone. Ya you have it kinda wrong. You may have that ability, but not everyone does, and in no way every business can survive on word of mouth to live off of…its not even close. Not to mention, do you expect businesses to sit by a phone hoping someone will recommend them? 😅 They’d be out of business in a month

How do you go about the sms laws for texting your clients. 99.9% of these people have their client lists but it’s just client lists that’s it. They’ve never been properly opted in and maintained to be legal to do sms promotions. Thats the biggest downfall I find. Do you have a solution?

Email to start, and have them optin for promotions within the email, then you have them on the sms list...

When choosing a niche, do you think its better to go for a niche that you have good domain knowledge in and have worked in before but a lot of leads are needed/ the amount of money a successful lead brings in is low therefore theres a limit to how much you can charge for the packages . Or is it better to go for a niche that you might not really know much about and each successful lead brings in a much higher amount meaning the higher prices for the packages and less successful leads are needed for the software to be worth it?

quick question, would you genuinely set up a new gmail and also domain for each of your clients, wouldn't integrating with their own be better as it's less messy and they're more tied into the service?

yes I would. Then it gets forwarded to their own email. I can't tie into their existing assets, bec they probably already have a website url, which is pointing to their own site. I don't touch any of my clients existing assets. It is much easier not to.
