Hi I need some help regarding the SSAS Tabular model. I have three date tables first one Creation data second one End date and Assigned data. Hence all the columns names are the same naming convention in all three tables, while dragging the fields to excel pivot table filter I am not able to identify which field is it and from where it is coming. Could you please help me how to differentiate that . Is there any option to make a table name dot column.

Hi ! Thanks for the easy-to-understand video. I faced an issue though. When I deployed to the Tabular Cube, it was successful. However, my colleague couldn't overwrite the deployed cube. What should we do? We are 3-4 people who will constnatly be making changes to the cube and be deploying cubes every day. Any help would be appreciated

Are you referring to tuning the performance of processing (loading data to the model) or querying (retrieving data from the model)?

When come to mjk-pc/demo use your windows credentials to access this database Impersonation Mode: impersoate Account user name password what is the user name and password? Which one should I choose? Actually I set blank for window connection mode.

In my case, I used Windows Impersonation mode which uses my local Windows username (the one I am logged in as) and its associated password. This is the same credentials that you would need to put in if your computer was locked and you had to sign back in. You could also use a database username/password if you know that as well. It is up to you really.

hi, i have one problem, when I am going to deploy tabular model its give me this error Error: Cannot connect to the deployment database server 'DESKTOP-B3OPUQC'. Please verify the connection and try again. Reason: An error occurred while connecting to the server. ========== Build: 1 succeeded or up-to-date, 0 failed, 0 skipped ========== ========== Deploy: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 skipped ========== I am doing every thing fine, still get the error. Can you please help me to solve this one, thanks
