Yes, you are correct. So, the concept here is the - you decide a threshold amount, it could be anything, once that amount is breached, you will get an email notification. You can put this threshold amount for individual services or for all the services together.

you can also decide percentage, like 100% of threshold amount, or 50% and so on. So in this case, once your cost reaches 50% of budgeted/threshold amount, you will be notified.
